[email protected] created for Covid positive case, symptoms and direct exposure reporting

Recently, the RPLL Board created the [email protected] email address.  This email should be used by families to communicate any Covid positive cases, symptoms or direct exposure for a player or volunteer who has direct access to an RPLL team.  Please use this email address to communicate any Covid issues or questions.  Please do not reach out to your teams manager with Covid-related issues.  RPLL would like to have a centralized response to Covid and managers have been asked to direct all Covid issues to [email protected] 

Your families privacy is of the utmost importance to RPLL.  With that thought in mind, only our Safety Officer and one Player Agent have access to the [email protected] email alias.  Any communication that results from a Covid issue to the Board, managers or families will be done without sharing the name of the individual(s) affected.  Thank you.
